Effective July 31, 2026
PickPulse does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. Everything happens on the user's device.
PickPulse has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or network features. Touch locations are processed temporarily on the iPhone to draw the circles and resolve the round. They are never saved or transmitted.
The selected mode, winner count, team count, sound preference, and haptic preference are stored locally in the app's private settings area. These preferences are not accessible to the developer and are removed when the user deletes the app.
PickPulse does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
If PickPulse's privacy practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the change is released.
